STAFFING
:
Technical Staff: Renters are required
to hire the Waterfront Venue Technician at a rate of $26.00 per hour
(minimum 4 hour call) for all hours they are occupying the theatre.
Overtime rates are applied after 8 hours per day.
House Manager: Included in a weekly
rental is a House manager for 28 hours per week. Additional hours charged
back at $17.00 per hour.
THEATRE
IMPROVEMENT FEE (T.I.F):
For ticketed events, a Theatre Improvement Fee is levied on all ticketed
productions at the Waterfront Theatre. $1.00 per ticket sold over $15.00,
or $0.50 cents per ticket sold $15.00 and under.
For non-ticketed
events, a Theatre Improvement Fee is levied on a sliding scale. $25.00
for attendance between 1 and 50. $50.00 for attendance between 51 and
150. $100.00 for attendance over 150.
DEPOSITS
DUE:
To confirm booking, a contract must be signed and deposit of $250.00
per week, or $250.00 per event for rentals less than one week submitted.
Deposit acts as a damage deposit and cost of any loss, damages or extraordinary
janitorial costs or staffing charges will be deducted from this amount.
Should damages/loss/staffing expenses exceed the damage deposit remitted,
client will be billed separately for balance. Deposit will be held until
all outstanding payments are made to GICS. Should cancellation occur
after signing contract, the deposit is forfeited.
Total Rent
due is payable THIRTY DAYS prior to your rental start date.
CANCELLATION
POLICY:
120 Days notice of cancellation must be given in writing or the Presenter
will be required to pay the full rental rate for the period of the Contract.
Any cancellation after contract has been signed and deposit paid will
be subject to forfeit of their deposit.
